What's it All About?
It's clear that there are many changes taking place in
the legal treatment of pain and other illnesses in
Colorado. Where pain patients (and those with other
ailments requiring medication) were forced to rely on a
community that seemed to promote endless debilitating
and addictive treatments or simply fall back on exercise
and related physical therapies - there is a new movement
promoting the safe, legalized treatment of these
conditions using Marijuana and related extracts. There
are many who report the benefits of this type of
treatment are far superior to what they have tried in
the past. Colorado voters approved the use of Marijuana
as a prescribed medication several years ago, but the
implementation of these new public policies seems to
have taken on new and vigorous growth in the past year.
New Business, New Opportunities, New Issues
Colorado communities (and their associated City
Councils) were seemingly caught off guard by a sudden
swelling of the ranks of prescribed patients,
caregivers, dispensaries and growers - all excited to
move into this new (and potentially lucrative) industry.
Regulation has been alternatively lax and severe - the
only constant seems to be confusion in a sea of
finger-pointing and passed responsibility. It's clear
that those who stand to gain the most by the this
process (the patients) often seem to have the smallest
voice, while those who seem to lack any education about
the benefits of this type of treatment to pain patients
are often those left making far-reaching decisions. It's
a time of flux and uncertainty surrounding this new
business - and MedicinalMarijuana.tv hopes to fill some
of those information gaps by presenting a LIVE,
INTERACTIVE FORUM of discussion.
Our Mission
MedicinalMarijuana.tv will present an hour-long show
each week streamed LIVE over the internet. This hosted
show will attempt to examine all the possible issues
surrounding this form of treatment, allowing all sides
to weigh in - using new communication technologies to
expand the discussion to as wide a participating base as
possible.

Via Chat - We will run an open chat
server that will be constantly monitored by the show
hosts. Chat participants can ask questions, send links
to web resources (which can then be displayed during the
show) and become a resource should there be issues our
hosts can't resolve. You can join in this chat by
registering with a valid email address (we don't care
what name you use) and remain completely anonymous.
Signing up for chat will also register you to upload
photos and videos in the Grow Room.

Via Skype - Use your webcam and
high-speed internet connection to join our hosts LIVE
using real-time video. You can become a remote guest,
commentator or just call in to give your support. Your
video image and audio signal will make it appear as if
you're actually in the studio with our hosts, while your
actual location will remain completely anonymous. Skype
is a FREE service - you can download the FREE SOFTWARE
at www.Skype.com.
